We really enjoyed the process of working with BITC to produce this report and are very pleased with the outcome. Below are some highlights from the report.

  • Community: We set up a new volunteer programme for our staff in Dublin and engaged with Kilimanjaro Porters Assistance Project ( in Tanzania.
  • Environment: We offset carbon for all staff travel and switched to environmentally friendly cleaning products in our office in Dublin.
  • Workplace: We committed to zero overtime hours and provided flexible working hours so our team can enjoy life outside of work.
  • Marketplace: We are committed to all those that work for us. In 2015 we signed up for Prompt Payment ( and we continue to focus improving the working conditions for support teams in all the countries we work in.
